Current publication boundary

Every crawlable catalog response is rebuilt from the current rights-qualified public catalog. Missing, unknown, revoked, conflicting or expired source rights suppress affected records; the server does not fall back to an older public snapshot.

Published offers are dated observations, not firm quotes, endorsements or availability guarantees. Missing prices are unknown, not free. Usage, prices, benchmarks and simulations use different units and are not combined into a universal score.
