This Cookie Policy explains how ColdAI LLC ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on coldai.org, coldaitimes.com, and the Medusa AI Platform.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Browser storage (local storage and session storage) works in a similar way. This policy covers both.

2. What We Use: Essential Storage Only

We use only first-party cookies and browser storage that are needed for the sites and the Medusa AI Platform to work or to remember choices you make. We do not use analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not show a consent banner because we do not set any cookies that need consent.

Sign-in and security cookies

• coldai.session_token — keeps you signed in to your ColdAI account (httpOnly, up to 30 days, removed when you sign out).
• coldai.passkey_challenge — protects a passkey sign-in or registration while it is in progress (about 5 minutes).
• Other short-lived coldai.* cookies our sign-in system sets during sign-in, email verification and password reset.

Browser storage for your preferences

Items such as your light or dark theme, whether the sidebar is collapsed, unsent chat drafts, recently used items, the email address you are verifying, and a Medusa access token after you redeem an access code. These stay on your device and are not used to track you.

3. Third Parties

The ColdAI website and Medusa load fonts from our own servers and do not embed third-party content that sets cookies. The SF·SIX exchange currently loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when those pages load; Google Fonts does not set cookies. Links to other sites (for example our LinkedIn page) set cookies only if you follow them. Stripe Checkout, which opens when you add credit, is run by Stripe on its own site under its own cookie policy.

4. Managing Cookies

You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking the sign-in cookies will prevent you from signing in to the Medusa AI Platform.

5. Changes

We will post any updates to this Cookie Policy on this page with a revised effective date.
