Our Code of Conduct defines the behavioural standards expected of every ColdAI team member, contractor, and partner. It is the foundation of our professional integrity and the basis on which our clients trust us with their most sensitive transformations.

Conduct Principles
Integrity Above All
We act honestly and ethically in every interaction. We do not misrepresent capabilities, timelines, or outcomes. We keep our commitments.
Confidentiality
Client information is treated with the highest level of protection. We maintain strict data handling protocols and never disclose proprietary information.
Conflict of Interest
We identify and disclose any potential conflicts of interest immediately. When conflicts cannot be managed, we step back from the engagement.
Anti-Corruption
We have zero tolerance for bribery, corruption, or improper influence in any form. All gifts, hospitality, and third-party payments are governed by strict policies.
Respect and Dignity
Every person — colleague, client, vendor, or community member — is treated with respect. Harassment, discrimination, and bullying have no place at ColdAI.
Whistleblower Protection
Anyone who reports a violation in good faith is fully protected from retaliation. We maintain confidential reporting channels and investigate every report thoroughly.
Our Code of Conduct is reviewed annually by our Governance Board and updated to reflect evolving regulatory requirements, industry standards, and the expectations of our stakeholders. Every team member completes conduct training during onboarding and annually thereafter.
