Tony Camero is a systems architect, founder, and operator focused on building next-generation operational intelligence and trust infrastructure. As the creator of Scend Operational Intelligence, he develops constitutional, evidence-driven systems that transform fragmented organizational reality into clear strategy, measurable execution, and long-term adaptive intelligence. His work spans AI, digital twins, trust systems, and financial infrastructure, with a focus on creating practical tools that make complex systems understandable, governable, and actionable at scale. At ColdAI, Tony is the operator who keeps the company moving from intent to outcome. He owns the company's operating cadence end to end — quarterly planning, weekly business reviews, and the daily rhythm that pulls every function into alignment. He resolves cross-functional friction before it surfaces, reallocates capacity across the venture studio when a portfolio company needs to surge, and is the executive ColdAI's leadership trusts to convert ambition into delivery. Calm under pressure, decisive on tradeoffs, and uncompromising on follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Owns the company-wide operating rhythm — annual plan, OKRs, QBRs, and weekly business reviews
- Leads cross-functional execution and breaks deadlocks between business units
- Allocates shared engineering, AI, and design capacity across the venture studio portfolio
- Manages strategic vendor relationships, procurement, and infrastructure partners
- Owns the internal tooling stack and the agent-orchestration runtime the team operates on
- Acts as principal partner to the CEO and chairs the weekly executive committee
