Adlan is a Venture Scout for ColdAI, responsible for sourcing startup deals across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). He brings extensive experience in digital marketing — having built and scaled customer-acquisition programs across performance, content, and lifecycle channels — which informs how he evaluates founders' go-to-market readiness and unit economics. Operating on the ground in the DACH ecosystem, Adlan maintains a continuous pipeline of pre-seed and seed-stage opportunities for the ColdAI Venture Studio and capital arm. He runs first-look diligence, qualifies founders against the studio's frontier-technology thesis, and brings shortlisted deals into the investment committee with a structured brief on team, market, traction, and capital fit.
Responsibilities
- Sources pre-seed and seed-stage startup deals across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
- Maintains a continuous founder and ecosystem network across DACH accelerators, universities, and angel groups
- Runs first-look qualification and structured diligence briefs for the investment committee
- Applies digital-marketing expertise to assess founders' go-to-market readiness and unit economics
- Represents ColdAI at DACH-region pitch events, demo days, and venture conferences
- Coordinates warm introductions between qualified founders and the ColdAI capital and studio teams
