She drafts and negotiates every material contract, owns the company's posture under the EU AI Act, GDPR, sector-specific regulation, and emerging frontier-AI rules globally. She maintains a live regulatory horizon scan, runs the compliance program audit-ready year-round, and holds the company to a higher standard than the law requires. Responsibilities
- Owns all corporate legal matters — entity structure, governance, board minutes, equity administration
- Drafts and negotiates customer, partner, vendor, and employment agreements
- Maintains AI Act, GDPR, and sector-specific compliance posture across all jurisdictions
- Manages intellectual property — patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and open-source license hygiene
- Owns data protection, privacy impact assessments, and security disclosure policy
- Acts as company secretary and runs the relationship with outside counsel and regulators
