- Closes the monthly books and produces investor-grade reporting packages
- Models capital allocation across the venture studio portfolio and recommends reweightings
- Manages treasury, multi-currency exposure, and the debt and equity stack
- Owns tax strategy, transfer pricing, and audit readiness across all jurisdictions
- Approves all spend commitments above threshold and signs off on every external contract
