Responsibilities

  • Owns the end-to-end post-sale customer journey — onboarding, adoption, expansion, renewal
  • Runs customer success, professional services, and technical support across all products
  • Owns NPS, CSAT, gross retention, and net revenue retention as primary metrics
  • Manages the voice-of-customer feedback loop into product and engineering roadmaps
  • Personally handles all enterprise escalations and executive sponsor relationships
  • Designs self-service knowledge, in-product guidance, and the agent-led support tier
