He maps every workflow that touches a customer, instruments it, identifies the failure modes, and re-engineers the process until it runs with predictable throughput and acceptable variance. He is fluent in lean, six sigma, and modern agent-orchestration patterns, and he treats every manual step as a defect awaiting automation. Responsibilities
- Maps and instruments every operational workflow across ColdAI and the venture studio
- Designs and rolls out new agent-augmented processes for sales, ops, finance, and support
- Owns process documentation, runbooks, and the internal knowledge graph
- Runs root-cause analysis on operational incidents and authors corrective action plans
- Identifies automation candidates and partners with engineering on agent deployment
- Maintains process KPIs and reviews variance against control limits weekly with the COO
