Responsibilities
- Runs the company-wide operating rhythm — annual plan, OKRs, QBRs, weekly business reviews
- Owns cross-functional execution and breaks deadlocks between business units
- Allocates shared engineering, AI, and design capacity across the venture studio portfolio
- Manages vendor relationships, procurement, and infrastructure providers
- Owns the internal tooling stack and the agent-orchestration runtime that the team operates on
- Acts as Chief of Staff to the CEO and chairs the weekly executive committee
