Responsibilities
- Owns external communications strategy across press, analyst, investor, and government channels
- Manages all media relationships and authors on-record statements for the executive team
- Runs executive thought-leadership programs — keynotes, op-eds, podcast appearances
- Owns internal communications, all-hands programming, and the company narrative arc
- Leads crisis communications planning and runs live incident response
- Coordinates with the CMO on brand voice and with SVP Legal on disclosure boundaries
