- Owns the senior client relationship on flagship consultancy and managed-services engagements
- Scopes complex programs, drafts statements of work, and negotiates engagement economics
- Acts as executive sponsor and escalation point for at-risk delivery work
- Mentors junior delivery leads and runs the partner review of every major proposal
- Maintains the alumni and advisor network that ColdAI draws on for specialist expertise
- Represents ColdAI on industry bodies, advisory boards, and government working groups
